Swear down they just sit there watching the phone ring they can't even be botherd to pick up the phone.

Brilliant garden centre for animal supplies, Christmas Presents, books, candles, kitchenware and of course plants. Their restaurant was fantastic value and choice, but sadly they are suffering from the same problem as most businesses today, shortage of staff. Hopefully they will get the right staff soon and be back to their usual choices in the Restaurant.

I booked a taxi for 5:30 to take me to the train station. It arrived 35 minutes late. I missed my train and had to make other arrangements. No apology when the driver called at 6:05 to say he was outside my house. Disgraceful lack of service.

This taxi Place is pretty good they come and collect you straight away and most of the drivers are okay. The only thing i don't like is the fact that they aren't very helpful when you have lots of shopping and they just stay sat in the car while your trying to put your shopping in the boot. At one time they used get out of taxi and help you put your shopping in the boot. Apart from that they are a good taxi firm.

The service was so bad. Called a taxi and they wouldn't even tell me how long they were going to take to come, neither did they know the place to pick us up. The staff was so rude it was shocking. After i called to ask when the taxi would come the operater shouted at me and said good muslim girls should not be out at this time" amongst othet things. He also continued to say the taxi was coming and we better not call again. I was appalled at the service especially as it was getting dark. In the end i had to get an uber as the driver didn't even arrive."

I get these taxi 4 times a day from today stop having me waiting outside for near 30 mins it unfair it coming a lot

Booked taxi for both ways on New Year's Eve. Both going and coming home taxi was on time. They text me when it was dispatched and also when it arrived. Well done very pleased with service.
