We had our Chippendale kitchen supplied and fitted by New Design in December 2020 (amidst a global pandemic) and the service, advice and planning all went very smoothly. The kitchen arrived and was fitted on time. All in perfect condition and very well done, with a friendly, professional (at all times) service. Couldn't be happier. :)

We looked around at a number of different kitchen designers/installers before we chose New Design and found them to be helpful, informative and value for money. The process was hassle free and the installation went smoothly. Helen and Shaun were very patient when we changed our minds and a big thank you to Paul who fitted our kitchen and Dean who sorted the electrics.

Excellent quality of kitchen units fitted superbly by Nick and his team. After sales service by Helen also very good. Had an issue with kitchen taps but resolved very efficiently and promptly by her. Cannot fault.

Used New Design for our kitchen worktops and backboards when our well known kitchen wholesaler decided to discontinue our worktops and backboards two days before our kitchen was delivered. This was an issue as we had already had the quartz floor tiles to match. New Design had very similar worktop and backboard we required (better quality too) and were able to deliver within four days to ensure our kitchen fitter was not held up on the job. Great service and customer care, staff very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are extremely pleased to have chosen New Design Kitchens to plan and install our new kitchen.It was refreshing to work with a company that wasn’t pushy, was very keen to understand and work around our desired requirements (unlike another major company we encountered), and immediately gave us a sense of confidence in their ability to deliver.Helen and Shaun, New Design’s designer was a pleasure to work with, managing the planning process and taking the time to explain every step, dealing efficiently and politely with our numerous issues and design changes along the way.We don’t have a large kitchen and so maximising the usability of available space was very important. Shaun’s design did this so well that our kitchen now actually appears to have more space than our old kitchen.We really appreciated the workmanship and attention to detail from Paul, New Design’s kitchen fitter, who also project managed the install and onsite work required by the electrical, flooring, plastering and worktop trades (Dean, Chris, John and Just Granite respectively).All kitchen units and appliance deliveries arrived on the advised dates, and all work was completed to schedule to a very high standard with quality products, extremely relieving in regard of some of the horror stories that you hear.Many thanks to Shaun, Helen and Paul, it was a pleasure to do business with a very professional well organised company and we’d have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Great work by the new design kitchen team. From designing the kitchen to the install the whole process was easy and we felt looked after through the whole process. Couldn't recommend these guys more they are amazing.

We recently had a new kitchen designed by New Design Kitchens of Cannock and installed by their recommended fitters. It's the best thing that we've had done in years. All friends and family who have seen it are amazed at the outstanding quality of the kitchen.There were several little quirks" that we had to overcome because of the size and shape of the kitchen

Helen, Shaun and Sam were all very helpful and patient (without ever being pushy) as we went through the complexities of the design process, changing our minds on a number of occasions.The appliances were very competitively priced. The company went out of their way to resolve issues related to global supply problems. Cabinets seem to be very good quality and, again, everything was done to meet our complete satisfaction.Installation was completed smoothly and on time to a high standard.No hesitation in recommending New Design Kitchen, Cannock to others.
