Staff ar lovely deliver d. me a car the car is dirty inside crumbs in drivers door front seat is stained looks horrible passenger side carpet was dirty car very off to the left front right wheel making a rubbing noise when turning left at slow speed I emailed no response

Appalling service, avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being let down. Booked a rental car online in order to attend a job interview. I received the email confirmation and payment was successful however the morning I was due to collect the car enterprise rang me to say there were no cars available until lunchtime. The booking was for 8.00am enterprise rang at 7.41am leaving me no time to make alternative arrangements and meant I missed the interview.

Efficient friendly and helpful staff. Had to give me a van larger than requested due to a puncture on the booked van but not a problem for me.

Very poor service I would advise you not to purchase a van from here or rent a car. They do not explain their terms and conditions properly and are negligent in how they deal with this. their managers are rude and unprofessional. Someone drove into our van not our fault and they are now taking £1200 off her for a small dent. They send the car to their body works who doubt will elevate the price so you never get to see any of the excess back even if the costs for repair are nominal. Bad Company stay away!

They lie. Went to collect the car. Different model...we supply 'or similar'. LIE NUMBER 1. 'Similar' means having the same ACRISS code. The offered car had a different ACRISS code and too large for the intended purpose."Where is the rear-view mirror?". "A lot of modern cars aren't fitted with rearview mirrors these days"...LIE NUMBER TWO. I found the rear-view mirror in the glovebox. Hexham Enterprise were either too lazy or too incompetent to fix it. Too unsafe to drive and so cancelled. Then had to cancel all my intended appointments as a result. If Hexham had bothered to call me to explain then I would have had time to make alternative arrangements.I don't hire many cars but rest assured
