This place is now Brooks Butchers and unfortunately he isn’t a real butcher, he just sells pre packaged meat with goes off within an hour of buying it. He meat stinks. Urgh, will not use this place again. Most of the estate are avoiding it now.

Rating Brook's, not Heath's as no longer there.Have to agree with Mark, I've never smelled a place like it. Everything pre-packaged.Cannot recommend.

The best Lincolnshire sausages I have ever tried! Not only that, the way the sausages are prepared is the old way, the traditional way. And that means no additives and preservatives... No chemistry! And you can taste it! Meat and sage! Classic.I have spoken to the owner and he can trace the recipe 200 back!When you eat the sausages from Heath Butchers you eat history!
