Great service from Paul Rushton. Reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say the same for the people who handle the invoices in Glasgow. We've been overcharged for usage massively on two occasions and are still waiting for a credit due to be paid back. Also they are often hard to get hold of on the phone.

Avoid at all costs.Hands down one of the worst companies I've ever professionally had to deal with. Quick to send you invoices, but trying to get a reply from them is impossible.Constantly sending incorrect bills and holding wrong information.Customer service... unbelievably bad. They genuinely don't have a clue. Interested in giving the patter rather than trying to help a business.Their phone systems and routers were constantly going down along with their 'phone recording' system. Paid for it for over 5 years and it never actually worked.Thank god we have found a reputable and helpful business now who go above and beyond for us.

Couldn't recommend enough! Full team are friendly and professional and always willing to help with queries or problems. Customer service is fantastic and always get a reply instantly when needed. NCS have provided us with a great phone service, franking machine and photocopier which we cannot fault. As a busy GP Practice NCS were extremely helpful through the covid pandemic able to provide us with a remote app to access our telephone system from home and able to increase our phone lines when demand was at it's highest. Will definitely be using their services for the long run, great service and extremely cost effective.
