Wandle is one of the best places to work, the people are lovely, the atmosphere is relaxed and they really value their staff. I would recommend it to anyone. I have worked for year in the housing sector so I have a goo understanding of the industry. 5 stars!

Terrible housing association. Communication with their tenants is poor. I wrote on 29/11/23 requesting information relating to payments that have been demanded as a result of works on the block related to fire safety/cladding issues or general repair (they seemed to have changed stance on which category they come under). Payment is due on 13/12/23 or they have threatened legal action. No response has been received to address my concerns and as such I am in danger of legal action being taken against me.

Horrible horrible horrible housing association from hell. Every single aspect of my interactions with wandle have been atrocious. I have a wide portfolio of properties with housing associations and I have never in my life experienced bad customer service and inability to resolve simple issues than I do with wandle. Avoid at all costs

Appalling company - I have been chasing a service charge refund since I moved out 4 months ago and in the most recent twist was told I cannot have the refund as I owe £19k for a major works bill - a bill which I paid in July and have a receipt, from Wandle, to show I paid it in July. Emails go ignored repeatedly, people don’t answer the phone, the levels of incompetence go right through the business. Not convinced I will ever receive my money at this stage. If anyone does reply to this with the complaints address I will forward them the complaints I have sent to that address for months which have gone ignored.

I cannot describe how bad Wandle have been since my parents moved into one their newly built building in Whaling house Canada street. The neighborhood team is non existent Yomi Maja who's contact details are at the communal never answers his calls and does not reply to emails. My parents are disabled and are suffering major issues that we've raised over and over again with no care or response. I can see from other reviews here that this is a standard practice by Wandle and they need to be looked into. I will be seeking advice.

I have had a great experience with Andrew R to fix my bathroom tiles to the best of his ability, which was to a high quality. Also would like to commend him for keeping everything organised and as safe as possible during the time he came, up until the time he left.

My husband and I are classed as vulnerable because of age, illness and mobility. I have been contacting Wandle for over a year, Oriyomi Maja to start with, he actually told me not to contact him again to contact Customer Services. We have a tree in the front garden that is over grown that Wandle used to cut back every few years It hasn't been touched for approx 7 years and is causing problems. It has lifted the public footpath, our Patio, our footpath and is now breaking the fence onto the public footpath. Joseph Opene visited in May 2023 and the last I heard he was waiting on Southwark council getting back to him regarding the tree. I have contacted Southwark and the tree is nothing to do with them it is Wandles. I have phoned customer services and no one gets back to me. Last week and this week I cant even get through to them on the phone. When I have sent emails they don't respond. Gone right down hill since lockdown and staff are working from home.

The customer service was outstanding, and the outcome was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Community Safety Officer Claudette Stewart. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution. I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received. Overall I am overwhelmed by the outcome. Thank you very much.

Completely incompetent housing association, worst I have ever dealt with. Says a lot that the majority of their 5 star reviews have been written by paid employees yet they still only manage a 1.9 rating! Reported these reviews to google as misleading and fraudulent, let's see how long before Kirsty Minnis asks the staff to write more!
