We have just bought a property in Bury St Edmunds through Haarts. It wasn’t a simple transaction for many reasons, not least that the vendor lives abroad. Nadine headed the sale and was exceptionally helpful and proactive at all times. The team filled in when she was absent and we have no complaints about the professionalism of the office overall. We have sorted our home move through Haart. Bethany and Nadine have been amazing throughout. Constantly supplying updates (pretty much weekly) and chasing up solicitors and managements companies. Even the mortgage advisor they recommended has been awesome. Excellent experience :)

I cannot fault the team at haart and their efforts in trying to sell my home. The team were quick to respond to emails and calls, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. Matt was great in conducting the initial survey, and getting photos and details prepared ready for marketing. Bethany was brilliant. She was always on hand to answer queries of questions, and she pushed 9 viewings my way, in the space of 6 months. The result was my house being sold 3 times in those 6 months, but with the jittery nature of the market at present (mid 2023), the chain collapsed each time. This is a reflection of the poor home buying and selling process we have in England, which allows people to back out of purchases, at any point before signing a contract! It is not a reflection of haart whatsoever.My only niggle (and it really is minor), is that when haart conducted viewings when I was unavailable, it seemed to be a different haart employee named for each viewing. If the same individual conducted every viewing, at least they would have known the house better in order to sell it better. A very minor issue, but perhaps something worth noting. With that said, I'll have no hesitation marketing my property with haart again, in order to try and sell my home in the future!
