Excelent reception! The seller Bradley Worsley certainly made all the difference in purchasing the car. We went to the store just to see and ended up leaving in a new car. It was amazing to find a salesperson who also spoke Spanish, because my English isn't good yet. Everything agreed was fulfilled and I am very satisfied with the negotiation. I definitely recommend this store.

Went to get a new car and was hesitant about electric. But Mohammed Asif was the man, he knew all the answers to the questions that I had and sorted everything. Pick the new car up on 2 weeks! Didn't try to upsell me either, told him what I wanted and he gave me the options for me to choose what was best for me and my family. Let me take it for a spin.

Do NOT buy a car from the Renault dealer. I ordered an Austral, and from the moment I paid the deposit it went down hill rapidly.Zero customer service.Don't ring them and expect a return call... it doesn't happen.Don't ring an expect an answer to your queries... it doesn't happen.And when you cancel your order (like I did) because the customer service is so appallingly awful, don't expect a speedy return of your deposit... it doesn't happen.I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days (despite the fact it took 3 nanoseconds to leave my account) and here I am, EIGHT working days later, STILL waiting, only to be told there was a problem with their card reader!!! and could I give them my details for a FOURTH time.And guess what? It's going to take another 3 to 5 working days!!The level of incompetence, lack of responsibility from the manager, and extremely bad working practice, is staggering. It has been an awful experience, and one which I will never, ever repeat with this dealership!I've passed this on to you. If you wish to continue.... Good luck!

Have been after a vehicle for a while now and couldn’t decide what to get. Was browsing and found the Honda HRV at Wakefield, called up to enquire about the vehicle and was greeted by Charlotte Outwaite a new member of the sales team. Was apprehensive about the whole car buying thing but was quickly put at ease by Charlotte who explained everything from start to finish, even took the time to explain pcp even though I wasn’t interested.Bought the vehicle and am extremely happy with it. There was a couple of teething problems but these were quickly put to bed by Scott Howarth sales manager. I would like to thank the team for a smooth and excellent service.

I was looking to part exchange my car, and everything was going great. They found a lovely car and asked me to put a reservation fee down for when I could go and see it. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family and had to cancel, was told they’d refund the reservation fee. It’s now been 3 weeks and several phone calls and no refund. Told they’d ring back but no one ever does. We were going to go back when we were ready to start looking again. No chance not now!!
