Kettle Co Kitchens

The whole experience has been brilliant. Our designer talked us through what we wanted and designed our perfect kitchen for the space we had. We had our kitchen delivered to Bristol with no fuss or worry. Delivery was on time, polite and considerate delivery men. I would definitely recommend Kettle to everyone!

Very good

I first started back the beginning of March. Was dealing with Charlie who after a couple of emails of nothing change me to Lily. I had several emails to which I replied. Long and short of it is Lily kept saying she would have design soon but unfortunately it never materialised. My emails to her would just reply away from office back in wk, few days etc. Very disappointed would give 0 if I could.

Have not responded to repair requests

I have had 95% of my kitchen finished for about 14months. The team promised it would be finished in 3 weeks and I have had the fitter back 4 times since September 2022 and I still don’t have a windowcill and the cooker hood isn’t finished. The bit they have done is lovely but they never get back when I call them to ask if they can send someone to complete the job. If you’re happy with that - the bit they do finish is good but you definitely need to know other builders to finish the actual job.
