The Treehouse Bar & Restaurant
Visited with a friend on a Friday night for food and cocktails. The food was amazing, cocktails were 2 for £12 so we made the most of it! The service was superb, however this was probably down to how quiet the place was! When we arrived at 7 it was quiet and we expected it to pick up when the music/dj started at 9, but it just didn't. This is obviously no fault of the venue, but it did mean it wasn't the weekend feeling atmosphere we were geared up for. Great place though!

Visited in a rainy day for brunch and was a good surprise. They cater for gluten and dairy allergies which was great. There was some magic to see the place so empty as the decor is super nice.

Just been for Sunday lunch. 2 adults and 2 children ordered the Sunday roast. Took 40 minutes to arrive and such a let down. Roast potatoes to hard to cut let alone eat. Yorkshire pudding burnt. Mashed potatoes cold veg cold. The gravy has a spicy taste the kids could not eat their food. Mentioned to waitress when we had paid the bill she just said oh!! 2nd time in a row we been here and food poor so definitely won’t be going again. We have eaten here many times before and the food was never bad like it is now

My wife and I turned up for her birthday yesterday (Saturday) in the early afternoon, we are new parents so came with a pram. We checked online prior to attending which said there was availability. When we turned up, the staff member checking us in didn't seem enthused to have us there, baring in mind every other person there was clearly dressed for nights out, checked the bookings in front of us which showed there were spaces available but proceeded to inform us there was in fact no availability.Rather than argue the point, my wife felt unwanted and uncomfortable to we proceeded to leave. As we exited Treehouse, someone who I presume was the manager, asked us to come back inside as a table just came available, this was despite no-one else having left the building.My wife has attended Treehouse on numerous occasions prior to being pregnant and said this time the entire service felt different. As the only change is that she had a child with her, she felt that clearly as a new mother, she isn't type of audience Treehouse wants to attract, but a table was offered to save face.

Impeccable service from the staff at Treehouse. Food was delicious and atmosphere was relaxed. Cocktails were amazing! We want to visit again soon!

6 of us went for an evening meal. A few others in but by no means busy. Food took a long time to come but was very pleasant. Drinks expensive

By far one of the best places in Hessle if you’re looking for somewhere for amazing food and drink. Friendly staff, fast service and mouth watering food. They have a range of cocktails and drinks too. I’m vegetarian and they have great options for me as well as a range of meat options. High recommend

Great atmosphere and service, just a shame there’s only one non alcoholic beer available corona cero and that was out of stock on a Saturday night, with non alcoholic beer been so popular I don’t understand why more bars arent adopting it ! For me it’s still nice to have a beer out I just don’t want the alcohol or the hangover the next day !

Our first time visiting Treehouse after hearing so many good reviews and boy it did not disappoint. We came for brunch.A beautiful elegant interior, spacious and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful and could not be more helpful.The food...just wow! I had the salted caramel pancakes with Crème Brûlée banana and honeycomb and my mouth is watering just thinking how good they were. Freshly made and full of flavour. The homemade smoothie also did not disappoint. My friend had eggs benedict and she said it was the best one she has had.The food, service and environment was worth every penny.I highly recommend to anyone as they cater for the young and older generation. Hear good things about the nightlife also.Definitely 5*

The Treehouse may have the airs of a party bar, with it's pink interior, but truth told it is a fantastic eating establishment at any time of day or night. Every dish on the menu is made with the sort of care and attention one would expect from a white table clothed eatery.Absolutely worth visiting for anyone even near this part of Yorkshire.
