A service that goes above and beyond to ensure that your well being is utmost priority. We recently had to arrange an MRI for my daughter and the booking system is simple and easy to follow. Once I was booked in, a follow up call was made to ask whether any special arrangements could be made by team Vitalscan to make things more comfortable for my daughter (who is ASD & epileptic)From start to finish we had an excellent experience. The radiologist made my daughter feel very comfortable and was very patient, adhering to her needs at all times with a smile on his face :)Her results came through the following day!Excellent service and I highly recommend!Thank you Vitalscan

I cannot praise this facility highly enough. Francis ,Veronica and all the staff, are fabulous and caring and exceptionally helpful ,I have many disabilities and they always acknowledge my concerns and help me. I have been to many MRI scanners in many hospitals and facilities, and this is one of the best machines. It’s certainly the most comfortable. I recommend vital scan 100%

Flawless facility and service. Not just professionally polite, but genuinely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very much made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment one enters reception. One of the few experiences I've had with health services - public or private - where I've been sincerely treated as an individual, as opposed to just another patient. Worth the 400 mile round trip in every respect. Many thanks Francis and Veronica for being so helpful. Much appreciated.

First class MRI scan centre. Clean and modern and such helpful staff. Veronica met us at the door and made us drinks. Francisco carried out the medical checks and then took me for my scan. Images were available to view that same day and my report from the consultant radiologist was available the next day. We had a private room where my wife could wait while I had my scan. I was able to book a date and time that suited me. Highly recommended.

Amazing Diagnostic Centre. Helpful and very polite staff. VIP treatment. Francisco and Veronica, Mickey, Bushra are very informative.Unlimited coffee, tea and bottled water offered. Luxury Lounge and private rooms for each client. Thank you Vitalscan staff for a well done customer service.

I’ve never gone private for any scans at all, I had the full body scan done for such a good price and its amazing technology that can find many medical problems, Francis and Veronica were absolutely amazing. Francis could actually speak Arabic which helped a lot. He also put me a funny movie on to watch while I did my MRI which helped with my anxiety. I would recommend anyone who needs some reassurance to go here and do the full body scan. Absolutely amazing!!

Attended Vitalscan as a private patient after being informed of a long waiting list in the NHS and received excellent service. The facility itself is extremely clean, modern and impressive. The staff made me feel at ease and well cared for. I received the report of my scan the same day which allowed me to start my ongoing management with a Consultant ASAP. I am extremely grateful for the service I received from Vitalscan and would thoroughly recommend this diagnostic centre.

Had my MRI with Vitalscan and managed to get booked in very quickly. Was seen at the time of my booking and was taken straight through. Francisco and his assistant were very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend anyone wishing to have an MRI scan

Had a lovely experience when having full body MRI scan. Drinks available and receptionist very friendly. Results within 24hrs. Finally have a reason for my pain. Now onto to doctors to investigate! Thanks VitalScan. Would recommend.
