I went to see Gennai for acupuncture to alleviate ongoing muscular pain in my shoulder, which I had dealt with for a number of years. After a few sessions, things improved dramatically and after the 9 I have now had, over a period of around 4 - 5 months, my muscular issues around my shoulder blade have gone. I had previously tried numerous approaches to relieve this pain, so am glad to have found Gennai, who is clearly an expert in her field. Would highly recommend.

After sustaining a knee injury 1.5 years ago, I followed my doctor's advice for physiotherapy and acupuncture. I visited physiotherapist Gennai. Initially I was skeptical due to prior efforts I have gone through different useless recovery activities. I was pleasantly surprised for results achieved after Gennai intervention. Her professional approach made a significant difference, and I'm grateful for the positive results. Highly recommend her expertise in physiotherapy and acupuncture.

Gennai was amazing and with acupuncture and physiotherapy got me from being bedridden in agony with lower back pain and spasms to being mobile again. It was gentle but effective and to be able to have the treatment in my own home was a god send. Cannot thank her enough.
