Just purchased my second Jeep from Romford Jeep. With the current Covid situation, it was difficult to get to the showroom, however, Mario completed and sent me a detailed in-depth video of the car and his attention to detail and knowledge and enthusiasm is the reason I bought the car. I love the new Jeep Renegade and can't thank Mario and the team enough in finding the right Jeep for me - I'll be back for my third one in another two years! I've named the Jeep 'The Punisher' which I'm sure will make Mario laugh! All the best to you all at Glyn Hopkin Romford.

From walking in through the door to driving away in my new Jeep i was given first class service. Karen Clark looked after me from start to finish and she was always on hand to answer any questions. either in person, by phone or email. Her response was always prompt and helpful.Karen was genuinely interested in what i required and went beyond expectation in order to arrange and match me with the perfect vehicle.i cannot recommend this dealership or Karen enough for a hassle free and personal service where the customer clearly comes first.

Have been trying to get car repaired as after I purchased a car from here, they then damaged the car when they took for valet and said they would repair when the part need had arrived, still waiting 3 months for a return call to book in for the repair and everytime I call they just give a fob off story as to why the relevant department hasn’t made contact !! Bad after service !!!

Hiya,So I purchased a Jeep Compass Limited on the Motability scheme. Mario was the sales assistant. I found him to be well knowledgeable and perfect for what I needed, it was my first time out really with all the COVID-19 lockdown. Mario made me feel very welcome and looked after me and my twin.
