Just had the best Service from Toyota, couldn't be happier. It was done quickly and with covid safety in mind which was reassuring. I'm relatively new to car ownership and Sam (the advisor) was so helpful and guided me through everything answering all my questions (of which there were many). He even gave me some handy tips which will make things easier next time. I couldn't recommend more!

Sent me a service offer as valued customer but turns out to be false offer. They offered a less valuable service and tried to pass it off as a more expensive service. Won't be using them again, watch out!

(PCO LICENSE )IM NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE ,because after 2 months I was done my full service £375 .The coolant light star flashing and then I drop my car to be fixed 3 days ago and still in the garage and no one said anything I have to contact them but I waited 30 minutes to be answer and what they said there is no technician to repair my car. how this big COMPANY DONT have ppl to fixed. I loss 3 day money and no one doesn't care.

Disappointed as car went for a service and did not get cleaned or washed and was not mentioned until I said something. Then excuses were made as to why it wasn't done. When you get a service you are paying for a full package which means a car clean and wash.

Have been servicing my car for years here. I travel from South London as I really like the service here. The last time I was there Balwinder served me. What an awesome guy.
