As a busy IT Manager, I need an agent who can take the management of Mobile Phones and Tariffs away from me and offer expert advice on what is best for our end users.With DuoCall, I get a personable, friendly customer service with the expert knowledge to back it up. They've just upgraded me to a far better and more suitable business mobile contract after 3 months trialling them and it will likely save us £10k a year for a better tariff with more control over the end users and their roaming data.Thanks guys!

He is truly a great asset to Duocall and I thought I should share that feedback with you. Our customers also took a shine to him as he very often got caught behind reception and was asked for help.

we had a virus at work, and these guys got rid of the virus and made everything good, and yet at times they can be so unresponsive. Its a shame that when they are good, they excel, and yet sometimes you call them and they dont respond. Come on guys, i know you can do better.
