DOMU Brands

Domu somehow got my address wrong even when purchasing those eBay since 2006 with out issues. They tryed to resend the item again and it's also failed to arrive. eBay have had to step in. Very disappointed indeed

So I have ordered the beautify mirror storage box through amazon. It arrived all smashed inside yet for returns I need to pay for when it's not my fault that it has been delivered like this.

0 STARS!!!!!I f i could leave a 0 Stars i would have. I ordered a Vonhous gazebo through B&Q shipped by DOMU Brands. Domu couldn't give tracking info then gave me some lame excuse that the were recalling from Evri an item that they never intended to post. Total shambles of a company avoid at all costs. Go direct instead.

Bought Gazebo from them via Amazon. Described as waterproof, Heavy duty frame etc, 2 year warranty...1 down pour of rain and it folded up and broke, Not used as per instructions was their answer, Its a Gazebo and advertised as protection from the elements.... No refund/replacement offered by them, Then NO contact, just ignore you...Amazon refunded me tho,So bad luck for them getting the money for that sale... Take note of this company name and avoid this bunch of con merchants

First time using this Company, never again, Appalling customer service, no Empathy or accountability, would have given zero stars if we're able to do so. Wish I'd have read the reviews first, lesson learntAvoid purchasing from this Company.

Parasol Base was delivered late but sometimes this happens. Using the tools supplied I fixed the base to the upright but my wife noted it wasn’t straight! Decided to take it apart but after a few turns of the bolt it became locked in place! Contacted the customer support who arranged a pick up with dpd for Monday. The driver arrived on time but stated that he couldn’t return the base as it had metal showing! Arrived home repacked the metal and contacted support again. Received a email at 22.30 Wednesday asking for another date I asked for Friday that didn’t happen because I didn’t give them 24hrs notice??? So on it goes wonder what will happen next!

Ordered a BBQ online via B&Q . it was delivered faulty & Domu will not respond . Can't get any answers from them at all . No one to phone . A waste of money & hours spent trying to do it . Their products are inferior quality as though they are seconds . They have ruined B&Q's reputation & I will never shop at B&Q online stores ever again .

As described, fair price, fast delivery. Very impressed, and I would buy again from them. Very cute little fire.

Ordered a BBQ from them as they are local. 6 days on it has not been received with no explanation. The courier XDP tracking states delivery wold be made 2 days ago from a depot 2 miles away. Still not received
