We recently bought our first home and worked with Paddy to get our mortgage sorted. He was always available on the phone whenever we needed him to answer any questions, was in touch throughout the entire process and was a really great guy to work with seeing as he is so down to earth and professional.Buying a house can be so stressful, especially as a first time buyer when you don’t know the processes or how these things are supposed to work, so having Paddy there to answer our questions and sort our mortgage application really took a massive weight off our shoulders.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would like to thank Paddy for all his help and expertise over the past year. He went above and beyond for us and we’re so grateful. We couldn’t have done it without him and will definitely be using his services again in the future!

Me and My partner have had a wonderful experience with Paddy in purchasing our first home. As being first time buyers, we were completely clueless on the process of applying for a mortgage. Therefore, before we even started looking at houses, we had a meeting with Paddy to give us a breakdown of all the information we needed. He was extremely patient with us an very informative on all the information that we we unaware of. This was extremely useful in terms of knowing what price range we should be focusing on etc with our current incomes and savings. As the process continued after finding a house, Paddy was in constant contact with us and we never felt like we were being left out of the loop on any progress that had been made on our applications. He also helped us find the best home and life insurance policies that best suited our needs at this point.
