Really really great service from the entire team especially Graeme! Very helpful worked with our needs as a family and ensured we got the best vehicle for us a price we could afford. Went above and beyond to keep us updated and very quick to get the new car ready for us. I would highly recommend Infiniti as a brand but also this branch for its service. Very very happy with the car!

I emailed about a warranty issue on my car on the Friday night and Saturday morning got a call to go and get the car assessed!Surprised by the speed of service and ease of the website. Nice friendly staff and excellent showroom. My Q50 will be looked after here.

I had never really considered Infiniti but thought i would give them a call and enquire about the new QX30 .. spoke to a guy called Jake. I told him i wanted a white QX30 and i wanted it top spec and wanted to buy a car and have it within a week. He told me he would call me back within the hour, 25 minutes later he rang me back to inform me there was only 1 in the country but he could have it transported to my location and have it ready for when i wanted it and asked if i wanted to come in to have a test drive of another QX30.. I went for a test drive and Jake knew literally everything about the car and the Infiniti brand! Because i loved the car and because of Jakes unbelievable knowledge and the customer experience he provided me with I went ahead and purchased the car.. Jake gave me constant updates on my car throughout and even rang me on his holiday to keep me up to date. The morning of me collecting my new car he made me feel increadbly welcome bringing me refreshments and presenting me with my new car key in an amazing gift box. He then took me through into a private showroom and unveiled my car to me.. Jake then spent the next 30 minutes talking me through eveuthing the car does amd how to do it before i drove it away. The day after i had purchased the QX30 Jake rang me just to make sure everything was okay with the car and that i was happy with the Infiniti experience... i can't even explain how impressed i am with how i was dealt with by Jake and Infiniti Leeds!! I would 110% reccomend! It is the place to go if you expect nothing but the best in both the vehicle you are looking to purchase and the customer experience from start to finish!

Ok so the sales experience was great, had the car just over a year and it's been the worst car I have ever had. Combine that with appalling service from day one and it all stacks up to one bad experience. Be vary, they will let you down at some point.

I collected my car last week. I am pleasantly surprised with a quality of their service. Everything went fast and problem-free so yeah, I cannot complain about anything. The car was very clean inside as well as outside with that amazing shine on its body ;) The model I own which is Q30, is really comfortable, spacious, expensive looking and well made. I love the curves :) I can fully recommend INFINITI as you can get so much with affordable price

John was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, easily the best car buying experience we've ever had!.We will definitely deal with John again in the future.

I have to write to say what excellent Service I got from Ian McCulloch. I recently purchased a used car from him. Purchasing the car was seamless and easy with there was no pressure sales techniques. When I went to collect my car, it was immaculate in its preparation. Even though I bought a second hand car I was treated just the same as if I had bought their most expensive car from the showroom. A very refreshing experience.
