Absolutely a great company to go to. I couldn't have wished for anyone better to look after my dear beloved Dad. Sarah went above and beyond and went out of her way to really put us at ease. Any questions Sarah was extremely helpful and understanding and extremely patient. I honestly cant thank you enough Sarah and the company itself Ian you was also great! We very sadly lost our teenage son in January of this year and were recommended to use Jonathan Whiting Funeral Directors to help us arrange his funeral. From the beginning the service was excellent and they could not have been more supportive. The team walked us through every step and explained everything so that we knew that nothing was left to chance. At such a difficult time their support was incredible and we cannot thank them enough. Outstanding service. Ian and his team were amazing every step of way. Losing a loved one is heartbreaking and the thought of organising the funeral is difficult but Ian made everything so much simpler. The day was orchestrated with such precision and was an absolutely perfect celebration of my dad’s life. It didn’t stop there, they sorted collection of ashes and his final resting place. Words cannot express our gratitude.

My father died suddenly about a month ago and we got Jonathon Whiting to deal with the funeral. Various family members requested a viewing at different times which was not not an issue at all. The meeting to make arrangements was discreet and informed. Any request or question was quickly taken care of with minimal fuss. We were kept informed and updated on a regular basis. There were some issues we could not make up our minds on and they gave us time and did not pressured us to decide.Personal items we took in to be included in the burial were all correctly placed according to our wishes.Debbie and the other lady were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.On the day Debbie was brilliant. We found Jonathan whiting after looking on line and the 5 stars doesn't do enough for us , Sarah was our director and she polite kind and very caring , made everything a easy process during this hard time for our family , everything we asked was no issue to Sarah and she made sure we was fully in the loop at all times , we found that Sarah's hard work and determination to make sure we was looked after throughout it all made writing this review very hard just can't say enough to praise Sarah's efforts thank you very much

Debbie and the team were so professional but at the same time so respectful and caring when my mum died. We chose to have a private, personal family led service.
