Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. James and his team were really knowledgeable about their products and listened to what we wanted. Lee the fitter took a pride in his work and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our new LVT flooring. Can’t wait to get the rest of our new home renovated so we can get the rest of the flooring done! Cascade Carpets have been fantastic all the way through from sales to fitting. We've had laminate flooring and carpet put in and the staff we've dealt with have all been really knowledgeable and friendly and the work they've done is excellent. Couldn't fault a thing with the whole experience!

After being let down by three other outlets, Cascade really came to my rescue in a cruch, making sure my shop, Ground Zero Comics, was fitted before a moving-in date with not much in the way of notice on my part. They really knew their stuff, gave me sound advice that other outlets hadn't bothered with, supplied a great looking product at a reasonable rate and installed it impeccably. Couldn't ask for better service.

We have fitted the whole house through Cascade Carpets with carpets and vinyl flooring and the service was excellent all the way through, starting from the visit to the shop to the completion. Very professional and knowledgeable, they don't try and sell you the most expensive product but recommend what is right, not pushy and very reliable. The vinyl flooring looks amazing, special thank you to Ian for the excellent and high standard job. On a whole we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Ian has just finished installing laminate tiles in our lounge and he's done a fantastic job! We even have an access hatch in the corner to access equipment below the floor and he's cut/fixed the tiles so that the hatch blends perfectly. Brilliant job. Clean and professional and a great price. We'll be back!

We have recently purchased and had fitted two roll end carpets. One for the bedroom and one for a large conservatory. We could not have wished for any better service from Andy and the team. Communication was excellent and customer service went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Cascade carpets.
