The best experience- Shell Belles Balloons made my wedding.I have not seen them in person. We arranged everything by email. On the day the balloons were delivered in time and they were gorgeous. Some of my big suppliers dissapointed me but Shell Belles Balloons were the company which exceeded my expectations. I always remember them fondly and I would highly recommend them.
