Came in here today and started placing my order on the self ordering machine, once it came to paying it wouldn't work so I turned to the lady to let her know to which she replied saying she is aware, she was waiting for me to come to her. I found this quite rude, if you're watching a customer place an order on your machine which you know isn't working shouldn't you make them aware?She then called me over and I told her I'll take a picture of my order as it will be easier and she can just copy it down.I asked if the kids burger meal would be spicy she sniggered and said no. She then confirmed my order with me and said all hot so I confirmed 2 meals and wings hot, kids meal not to be just to ensure as other places do add spices to it. She sighed and started telling me about a different customer that ordered once and how she was eager for the meal she was ordering and kept double checking. I found the whole attitude so patronising.The first time this place opened I came twice and the food, customer service and atmosphere was 10/10 but I'm afraid I won't be returning after today. The food was tasteless and the lady was plain rude.Ordered a hot wrap meal and a hot double peri peri burger with hot wings. Order came, there was no spice/kick, dry food. They messed the double peri peri burger up despite having a copy of it shown to them. There's no point complaining as the lady is too argumentative

16/8/23: Burger great chips not so great, cold hard and should have been binned.Next time hopefully.19/8/23: Next time came and the last time for me. Chips beautiful, chicken in burger beyond fresh tasted disgusting. Cannot even be bothered to call them as I don't expect much from those that CANNOT throw end of life products in bin. Absolutely no consistency in standards.

Stopped by this evening as my friend wanted to try their food…We ordered just a small there today and that the lady was supposed to help the chef…how ?I don’t know…by sitting down?!What the others were doing I have no idea …in the end they gave us the food we ordered the chicken with mango like flavor …it was tasting mainly of lime …I could not feel the mango…I asked for it well done …it was not well done …even after 25 minutes waiting for a SMALL WRAP AND 5 WINGS ….I ordered Pepsi chicken wrap and 5 wings ….there were barely any people in the restaurant…lady that was supposed to “help” was just sitting down since we got in…right next to the till…there were 4-5 people there and I don’t really know what they were doing as it took them 25 minutes until they got the order ready…and that’s because I went to the till and spoken to them…the excuse was that the chef was not there today and that the lady was supposed to help the chef…how ?I don’t know…by sitting down?!What the others were doing I have no idea …in the end they gave us the food we ordered the chicken with mango like flavor …it was tasting mainly of lime …I could not feel the mango…I asked for it well done …it was not well done …even after 25 minutes waiting for a SMALL WRAP AND 5 WINGS ….I ordered Pepsi they gave me 7up…I did not notice until I got to my car as I wanted to eat in but because it took so long I had to go home …no one is wearing gloves …no hair nets …the lady’s daughter(a minor)was walking around the restaurant I guess after school where they were cooking the food …and also I felt like I have irritated the lady when I asked them why the food is not ready after 25 minutes…anyways…was a bad experience just like many others had in that place…not going there again …

Good service and nice food. The lady who is probably the manager is polite and hardworking. Good portions for a bargain price.

Customer service was rubbish, I offered a £50 note , the way he reacted felt like I offered him a false note. I recommend them have some training on customer service.

The chips were absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately, the Donner kebab didn't meet expectations. It seemed to have an off-putting taste, as if it had been stored for a while and frozen. I wouldn't recommend.

Visited today shortly after 11am, ordered the double chicken fillet burger meal for £7.79. Fair price if the food is good???. Sat in, plenty of good drink choices, great customer service, food came fairly quickly however it was a let down because the Star of the meal was the chicken fillet. It was dry, like it possibly was from the day before,lacked moisture in the meat itself, the bun was fresh and the filling was creamy, good size portion of hot chips. I also noticed the windows were dirty, the floor too shortly after opening and the trays didn't look clean either but I did get a servette along with my order. I feel hygiene could be improved and food quality better inorder for this to be a popular go to.
