Called els looking for a quick response and got one !Spoke with Rus , he arranged for one of his team to come see me ( Milan ) he was absolutely brilliant and done such an excellent job of wireing my log cabin to house and lights etc . Phoned today as electricity went in the kitchen. Provided detailed advice on how to sort the issue over the phone. I followed their advice and problem solved. They could easily have sent an electrician and charged me a call out fee and labour for doing the 15 minute job. However, they helped me over the phone instead. This tells me they are not out to make a quick buck. If I have any electrical work needed or problems, I will not hesitate to use this company, even if they have to send someone out as honesty is key.

Called Rus of EIS on the off-chance he could assist with a minor emergency (hob meltdown) at my Dad's house. He was there within an hour and dealt brilliantly with the whole issue, making things safe for Dad and his carer. We had Rus straight back to sort out the electrical issues identified and to install a new hob. Absolutely marvellous service in all regards. Great communication, photos and even videos of issues and works.Call him first. Fantastic!

I required an electrician to fix a fault in our wiring on the first floor of our town house which was causing the fuse box to trip intermittently (which I have been told is one of the worst problems for an electrician to fix due to the amount of time required to diagnose the fault).I already had a qualified electrician (came recommended from family) to come in to check the issue, who spent a couple of hours trying to locate the problem and then never returned again (presumably due to the nature of the problem).Then, I found EIS electrical after a quick bit of googling, and their reviews seemed very promising. And I was not disappointed.After my initial consultation with Rus where I explained the problem in detail, he provided a competitive quote to fix the fault and we scheduled an appointment.His colleague Milan and Rus both arrived on time during our scheduled appointment.Further to this, they both quickly and systematically found the faulty wire that was causing our fuse box to trip and proceeded to repair the wire.They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process, and I would definitely recommend EIS electrical to anyone who may require an electrician.

So happy with the work done by EIS.I just moved to Luton and needed an electric car charger fitted as soon as possible for my commutes and they did a great job!
