A fantastic service! Julie and the team manage calls/reception services for my business and always do a great job. They have been working with us for a few years now and understand my business well (aesthetic medical clinic). The team are very helpful when it comes to managing and booking in new leads, taking over the phone deposits on booking and calender mangement. I've been delighted with the service offered to our multidisciplinary and osteopathy practice. It is great not to have to cover receptionist holidays or absence. The messages sent through are always clear and accurate. Bookings are undertaken through our online platform and patients don't realise they are remote. If I'm short of time they can even call patients back for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. The best service I have ever had from a remote booking company.

I also wanted to promote a more professional personal phone response to callers which could also support my business.
