Great store, lovely products but the staff were really slow. I’m not sure if they know how to use the system properly because it took forever to get an exchange done and honestly it was just too long to even consider going back.

I bought this set of knives 3 months ago.On the day I paid them the costumer service told me that the warranty covers any cutting damage.I was really impressed about policy and nice costumer service.Everything was fine until in one day I found a piece of metal in my food.I’ve inspected where it might come from and found out that the knife was damaged, for no reason it brakes.Of course I went back to the shop hoping the warranty will cover the issue.After all..the 30 years warranty covers nothing, this set of knives cost me around £100 and did not served me even 6 months.I will advise not to pay attention about warranty they offering. Excellent helpful staff at this branch we visited on 21/01/23 purchased dinner set’s absolutely delighted with staff and the quality of dinner set.

They have a vast selection and I bought a lot of stuff from them.The oven tray I bought during my last visit bend when in the oven, really not good!! I have to return it.

I was served by Mariyah who was very helpful and friendly, and was able to find the items that I needed. The prices are reasonable and the items so far have been of good quality. I will be back here for more kitchen purchases without a doubt.
