Installed a system that has never worked properly,I have phoned left messages,guess what? No reply,the worst alarm company ever,eventually messaged me to tell me the same excuse as before, “ I’m I’ll”,absolute joke,knowing what I know now,I would advise any one looking for an alarm system in their home to look elsewhere,I definitely wouldn’t recommend this joke of a guy,happy to take you’re money,but won’t answer or reply to youre calls.look elsewhere,I’ve now got a company booked to remove the trash that was installed in my home,future alarms system once removed will be dumped at the company’s address,you’ve been warned

I had my private home and my restaurant fitted with a new CCTV system. It took six months to have everything done. They didn't supply what they promised, like, for example, they said that the system would have recorded for 30 days.It records only 7 (home 10 because there are fewer cameras). They managed to do so only because they reduced the frame rate so they could keep the (very) small and cheap hard drive they installed. They installed a really bad video doorbell at home that records only after a few seconds from the movement so you can't see the face of who's coming close to the house. It senses movements even if nothing is happening outside. They installed it so it runs with batteries, saying that they couldn't install it connected to my house electric system, but I didn't understand why. So I have to charge it EVERY WEEK and you can't imagine what a hassle it is. I will probably call someone else to replace it with something better. On top of it all they are condescending and I felt treated like an inferior. I wouldn't recommend this company. The prices are good but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic service, couldn't be more helpful. I got an alarm system, cctv and a remote garage door from Stuart and his team - the guys were very knowledgeable and professional.
