Furniture Village - Brighton

Outstanding assistance from Gemma on our visit to 154 Old Shoreham Rd, Brighton. It was our 1st dabble with looking for a sofa for our awkward living room, unsure to what we needed. She had lots of info on all the ranges and helped us find one that suited perfectly.The store was laid out well for easy viewing with a huge range to look at. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend a visit as there is a good range of styles & prices. We didn't feel the need to look elsewhere for comparison as our choice as we thought it was great value. Thank you Gemma, you made it a painless experience and can't wait to receive our sofa.

Great store and wonderful staff! Sales Consultant Gabriel was super and Lee the General Manager deserves a medal for his patience whilst we made up our minds about a sofa and a mattress. Knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly .... a well deserved 5 stars from us!

Went in looking for a few items for our new house. Very pleasantly surprised and helped very well by Gabriel who advised and offered us a great deal. Can't wait to have them delivered!

Great customer service here, I was left to browse and the sales assistant, Gabriel, asked me if I would like assistance. He answered my questions and was really helpful without being pushy. Great advice and help. Perfect level of service. I then went back the next day after considering my options and saw Gabriel again who remembered me and knew what options I had considered. I had a great experience in Furniture Village. Mainly down to Pascal being incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating.The only thing I would criticise is the lack of accessibility of the shop, in that things are quite close together, and constantly needed moving so I could get through (I use a wheelchair), if I had wanted to just go around on my own, without help, I wouldn't have been able to. Luckily we had Pascal there who was happy to come around the shop with me and my family and move stuff so I could get around, as well as being very knowledgeable and answering our extensive questions.We were given the time and space to make our own decision, but the help we needed to come to that decision!I'm very excited to get my sofa, and will update my review when I have received it.

I recently visited the Brighton branch of Furniture Village with a view to purchasing a new sofa. I found the staff there to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a vast array of sofas to choose from and I found the right one for me. Kevin made the whole process of buying the sofa easy and relaxed and he explained everything I needed to know going forward with the purchase. I was very happy with the service I was provided with and would happily recommend them.

Furniture Village is an excellent store with staff who are incredibly knowledgeable!My partner and I spent a few hours finding the best mattress and divan bed, and Pascal, who was helping us at the time, was accommodating and patient with us. :) We were impressed with his knowledge, and he was extremely helpful and honest with us throughout the process. We really appreciate honesty when it comes to buying something this important, I consider a good mattress as an essential investment for quality sleep. And thank you Pascal for being amazing and thinking about every single detail to make our lives easier!

The quality is very bad and the customer service is very, very bad. I bought one of their best mattresses, and it broke in a short time, and one side went up and the other side of the mattress went down. They bypassed me for a month and they didn't give me any answer, and I came to the conclusion that I should put the mattress in the garbage bin. I bought a mattress from this store for almost 2000 pounds. I will never buy from this store and I recommend no one from this store. don't buy

We went to purchase a new bed and were overwhelmed by the choice. We were helped by James Head, he gave us info on what different beds they had,about the options on mattresses it really helped us choice. Just waiting for delivery. Great service
