I am a big fan of Chris’s work, particularly his use of colour and how he captures the subjects he paints. His studio is a must visit too as it’s a great place to view Chris’s paintings in the flesh and he is always happy to help too.

Chris is a top guy. He's always happy to chat and is really enthusiastic about his work. As an artist, he really captures the essence of the places he goes to whether it's Italy or Holmfirth. You would not be disappointed to own any of Chris's amazing work.

Chris is a master at his art and a gentleman. I have bought several paintings from him and as long as he continues to paint I don't see myself stopping buying them. No one does light and colour like he does. All purchases are well wrapped and delivered promptly. Would sincerely recommend.

Beautiful and evocative art reflecting the region so well.We just purchased High Peak (from County Galleries in Altrincam). It reminds me of childhood travels to relatives with my grandparents. Wonderful.

I feel very privileged to own some of Chris's fantastic artwork and love all his paintings. Landscapes, Northern Lights series, Allotments are just some of his specialities. 'Winters Glow' is a favourite of mine where the snow is captured superbly. Chris's 'shadow' detail in his work is also amazing. Some of the paintings actually look like photographs, just incredible detail! If only money was no object!! Chris is a lovely, talented guy who deserves huge recognition for his outstanding works of art.

Chris' work is stunning. He captures beauty from all around. I like his scenes from around Mosley and Saddleworth best of all - but in truth all of his artwork cheers my heart.
