I wish that there were more stars that I could award!The service was impeccable. Mohammed always answered my emails within 30 minutes - from my first one enquiring about the service, to my final one of thanks.He was very knowledgable and accommodating and quickly provided the requested quotes.Clearing my ultrasound machine from Heathrow and transportation to my workplace was done within 48 hours.Efficient and courteous service.Would definitely use them again if I ever needed to import anything else into the UK

We have a few businesses and ASM Freight collected an import for us. This was the first time we had done this and they were extremely helpful in advising what paperwork was needed and their communication was extremely responsive - I received a reply straight away each time I texted or emailed and Mohammed always answers the phone. This was very reassuring for our first experience. The delivery driver was also a really nice guy, again with great communication and helpfulness. Highly recommend.
