Advance Vehicle Rental Car & Van Hire - Norwich

I hired a van to help my daughter move house again and as always their service was excellent. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly and they are very fair and realistic in their inspection of the van, (unlike some rental companies) and I have never had any quibbles from them. No hesitation in recommending them.

Nice new vans, comfortable waiting area and friendly customer service. Low damage deposit and very reasonable rental prices. You can’t ask for more from a vehicle rental firm. Even their weekend rates are better than anywhere else. Would recommend highly.

After seeing advert online for a VAN we needed, We decided to take a look as it was a local business in Norwich first thing we noticed is good old fashioned customer service. Strait to the point & Honest & because of this we placed a order for a Brand New Van the next day with a small deposit. Will not be using this company again. Be very wary of any pre damages. Told the van was in perfect condition when picked up but picked up on 3 damages on the bodywork on first check. Drove van off and used the window wipers on a rainy day and a crack appeared in the windscreen so I thought it was a stress crack as van was parked on my drive and only used in city so no stones hitting the window. On closer inspection on return of the van the owner who was very quick!! to point out a chip the size of the end of a bull point pen.To which the crack came from. The window wipers must have agitated and cracked the screen. After explaining that at no point did anything hit the car I should have noticed this minuscule chip before taking the van out and made to pay £350 extra for a whole new windscreen.If you are going to use them and I recommend not to Please make sure you put aside an extra hour when picking the car/van up and check every inch.

Needed a van for moving day. Great service, great value for money and the vehicles are all pretty much brand new! Easy to book over the phone and once there the paper work was quick and easy. Fully recommend. Will be my go to van hire from now on.
