My mum and I had the most fantastic experience dress shopping at Serendipity. Lynsey who looked after us went above and beyond, she was so patient while I tried on more than my fair share of dresses. Her expertise and advise was invaluable and very much appreciated.Everyone we interacted with in the team was so welcoming and passionate about what they do.The service was outstanding and I would recommend any brides to get themselves booked in.Such a special experience that I will cherish forever.

My experience at serendipity was incredible, Lauren made me and my family feel so welcome, she listened to all my ideas and thoughts intently, I was lucky that the idea I had in my head came to life in the first dress I tried on and Lauren was so honest and open that she agreed it was the ‘ONE’ too but still insisted I try on as many other styles as possible to have the complete dress shopping experience. Not only did I come away with the ‘ONE’ but I also found the perfect mini party dress too. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

After recently getting engaged, I decided to start my journey of finding ‘The Dress’ at Serendipity Brides.Walking into the appointment with Lindsey, mum and I where certain it would take me a long time to find my perfect dress.After trying on 3 dresses Lindsey knew exactly what style I liked and brought in the perfect dress. It was such a magical moment and Lindsey made it even more special by answering every question mum and I had, being so kind and approachable.I can’t thank Lindsey enough for making me feel comfortable during my appointment.I love my dress and can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day next year!

From the phone call the week of my appointment to see how I was feeling about the day, to the look book and cocktails, to the utterly stunning wedding dresses I got to try on, Serendipity Brides gave me an experience I will never forget.Lynsey and Natalie looked after us and were so brilliant at knowing instantly how I felt wearing each dress. Cannot recommend Serendipity enough! There are so many beautiful dresses in a range of budgets and the whole experience was fun & really special with absolutely no stress whatsoever. The staff were all so welcoming and Emily in particular was brilliant. I felt really listened to by her and looked after right from the start. I had been to one other bridal shop before Serendipity but wish I had come here first as it was just such a better experience! Thank you so much again! x

The whole experience was simply amazing. From when I first walked in the door, I felt at ease. Every single member of staff are brilliant. The shop itself is stunning, the expertise of everyone working there is second to none. I tried on several dress styles and eventually found the one and although it was different to what I had expected, Lisa was amazing and knew what style would suit me! I ended up finding the one and knew straight away as I didn’t want to take it off! Also a special thanks to Trudi as she was also very helpful with the whole dress process. The range of dresses stocked is incredible so I’m not surprised I found my dream dress! Do not hesitate to book an appointment here, you won’t regret it!

I visited serendipity last year to find my dress for my special day, Lauren could not of been more helpful, she listened to everything I said and gave me so many options. I found my dress and went and picked up in January the delivery was very quick. I tried it on with all my accessories and the ladies also made me feel so good and complimented me so much which was lovely. I got married in May and I honestly can say I loved my dress like the first time I had saw it.Thank you so much ladies

I cannot recommend Serendipity brides enough. My experience with them was sensational. We were very lucky to have Trudi as our lady, and she made me feel like the only bride to ever exist. I feel so at ease and so comfortable in her presence, nothing was a bother, she went above and beyond for me and let me have my “moment” with my dream dress. I can’t wait to come back for my accessory appointment and when my dress comes in. Thank you for making the most amazing experience that bit better and more special than I could’ve ever imagined. I was incredibly nervous about going wedding dress shopping, and Serendipity was my first appointment. We had Lindsay look after us and my goodness I had such a good time - she made me feel completely at ease, helped me navigate what I wanted and just made the whole experience so easy, fun and special. I did go to a further appointment elsewhere as we had it booked already but came back the same day to ‘the dress’ at Serendipity that she had picked out for me as it was perfect and I cannot wait to wear it!!I had the best day and for anyone who is plus size there were so many options and all the dresses I tried on were bigger than me and helped me see the final effect without being squeezed into a dress which was something I was so worried about!!
