This is a great circuit. At just over a mile in length, it's within the Pembrey Country Park. The circuit is closed to vehicles and easy to access (and free to use). With some nice bends, a short sharp hill and a nice straight it's a great spot for some riding. I also run here, but don't mention that lol

Brilliant place to do laps with the kids traffic free. I have used this with the family and as a serious cycling enthusiast on my own. It is a bit pot luck if it is being used or not. Would be great if there was a calendar you could look at to tell you when events are on and you cannot use. One so my kids don't go on to much but also to promote the events themselves. We spent an afternoon supporting para cycling event by chance because we couldn't get on. I thoroughly enjoyed watching and think it should be promoted more. Small gripe but think this is a 5 star place and there should be more places like this in South Wales. Enjoy.

I think this cycle track is amazing for all abilities. It's safe its off the road from all the traffic and you can go as fast or as slow as you like

It used to be so good here but the covid thing is casting a bit of a shadow over it. Fingers crossed it'll get back to its glory days.
