I have been with 08 Direct for over 4 years.They have provided a seamless service.I have found they have a lot of experience. To which I have had no problems with my phone number and service. Only ideas of improving my business with recorded proffesional messages.An amazing service.Unfortunately I no longer require their services.I had no problems leaving. Staff were very polite and helpful. I've been a customer for 6 plus years now. Initially with their 0800 numbers, I've now signed up another business to their local number package. Excellent service down the years with any small issues being fixed in a swift and timely manner. Perfect solutions for small to medium sized businesses I would recommend talking to Mick for your telephony/comms needs!

Excellent customer service. In particular, a lady called Alison Kelly who was supportive, understanding and professional. It has been a difficult time for many people since the coronavirus resulted in a national lockdown. This company did not hesitate when I requested help, unlike many other organisations. I would say Alison was probably the most helpful person I dealt with during this time.Well done 08 Direct, would highly recommend you.

We are absolutely delighted with Mike and his team. Setting up our 03 was such an easy process. The before and after sales service has been second to none. Mike phoned me before I purchased the number to discuss our needs, and then called to test the number and discuss if everything was ok, once we were connected. Already I feel like a valued customer, which in this day and age is refreshing I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have been using 08 direct for over 10 years. Over the last couple of years the service has been terrible. Multiple times the phone lines go down and they are very slow to respond which has a big effect on our business. We have been trying to leave them due to to cost and how poor the service is and port to another phone provider. It has been over 6 months of trying to leave but they are purposely not letting us leave and take our numbers. We have complained to Ofcom already which hasn’t made any difference. I would definitely avoid at all costs, do not get trapped by this company.

08direct are reliable, reasonable and efficient. Mike, who I've dealt with for over a year now, is always polite, helpful and instant in his response to any queries. Our actual 0800 number has always been clear and no issues with calls coming through as we divert from the UK to South Africa. I'd recommend them any day!

Having lost my telephone number previously I was very concerned prior to moving again, The providers will tell you anything to get you to use them at the cost of losing your number. 08 took care of everything and this literally saved lost sleep. They where professional, and explained in simple terms of the process, we subsequently purchased further services which has not only made our company sound more professional but increased sales.I would recommend anyone for this company.

Mike Harrison at 08Direct has been highly responsive and helpful throughout the ordering process. As an SME start-up, our order is low-value but Mike has given us as good a service as I could possibly expect. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.
