Would really recommend this fitness class to any new mums! It’s a great way to exercise and to have fun with your baby at the same time! I felt quite anxious about starting exercising since having my son, especially as I suffer from Pelvic Gridle Pain but Laura is so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. Thank you, Laura x

Laura is a lovely lady who makes sure you and your little one feel very welcome and have lots of fun during working out. The classes are for all fitness levels so no pressure there;) it’s all about spending some quality time with your little one and getting workout done at the same time. I couldn’t recommend Laura’s classes enough *****

Fantastic group, relaxed, welcoming and most of all enjoyable. Able to do as much or as little as the baby and toddler allow. Great way to keep fit and have fun and bond with the little ones at the same time. Fully recommend whether new to exercise or a fitness fanatic ! Thanks Laura.

Just started with Laura.. fabulous atmosphere and energy.. great time for looking after myself while bonding with my baby ..would highly recommend !

Attended the boldmere class - Newman community center, with instructor Laura. Amazing class, very inclusive of all abilities and fitness levels. Laura was very friendly and welcoming and really took the time to show the different options and was motivating when we was getting tired! Brilliant to be able to improve fitness and have fun bonding with my baby. Would definitely recommend this class.

Omg… best thing I’ve signed up for for me and my little ones. As somebody who needs and has always had exercise in their life for good mental well-being, I’ve found it hard since having my twins. I signed up to these classes with Laura, went for our first class today and it was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I feel like a different woman. The exercises aren’t hard but I really feel already like I’ve had a good workout. The kiddos loved it and loved being a part of the exercises. Our mood is on a high and we cannot wait for the next class. Thank you Laura x

Best thing about maternity leave! Laura is so lovely and relaxed, she makes you feel so comfortable in her classes. I have just booked my second 6 week booking as i absolutely love her routines. Perfect for new mamas.

Laura is super friendly & welcoming to class. It’s great to be able to work out with your little one & Laura makes sure the exercises can be adapted to whatever level you are at postpartum. I’ve recommended Laura’s classes to my Mum friends!
