Animals at Home North Warwickshire

I've been using Animal's at home for a while now. I have a cat with FIV so wouldn't be suitable for a cattery as he could get sick and the stress would make him ill. I contacted verity who came to my house before any bookings to take details, meet Nelson my cat and put me at ease as to who would be coming to my home. She even recommended a great vets in the area. When I went away they would send me video and picture updates and go above and beyond by looking after my home too. I can't recommend them enough and will use their services for years to come. You know your pets are in good hands with Animal's at home.

Been using these guys for 6 months now. Mandy on the phones is lovely, Jon and Verity on the visits are fantastic. I have 7 cats and I am also disabled with a broken foot. I needed help with litter trays and some med giving at certain times. Both Jon and Verity are lovely, professional and even though my initial request was a bit strange it's worked out well for everyone and my clowder love them both. They give my lot fuss and the oldest lad actually pouts if he doesn't get enough.They've also helped me with visits to the PDSA and collected medications for me as well. Enjoy the 2 pictures of my 2 oldest meeting Jon for the first time and checking him out.I would 10 star these guys if i could and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for your pet needs.

Many thanks and much appreciation to Mandy, Verity and Jonathan for showing genuine care, compassion and empathy to our beautiful Murphy dog and to us on our worst day.You enabled Murphy to have his last moments in his own home stress free, being cuddled by us knowing how much he was truly loved.Although we’re now devastated and miss him immensely, we have comfort knowing we chose the best for our boy.

We used Animals At Home North Warwickshire for the first time today. We had a really lovely vetinary nurse called Jo come to trim the claws on our really nervous elderly collie called Oakley. Jo was absolutely amazing with him, she didn't rush him, she was so gentle constantly reassuring Oakley that everyone was going to be fine. She eventually trimmed his claws and I can't thank her enough for been so kind and patient with Oakley. I highly recommend Jo and Animals At Home and will be definitely using again. Thank You xx

All I can say is this service is incredible. I wasn't comfortable with my old dog spending his final moments in the vet surgery as he was scared in that environment. Animals at home answered all of our questions, adapted to make our dog calm. The whole experience is peaceful, supportive, and emotionally understood. I will be forever grateful and would definitely recommend this service to friends, family and all pet lovers.

A big thank you to Animals At Home for the care and compassion they showed towards us. Jax was put to sleep at home with us by his side on 4th September, his pain from cancer now over. I would highly recommend Animals At Home for their great, caring service.

We can not recommend the services provided enough. Over the past 6 weeks we have had a very poorly dog who at one point we thought may lose her eye due to a cornea ulcer that then got a rare fungal infection. With a planned induction for our new addition to the family booked last Friday, the stress was starting to build with the concern for our pets welfare knowing the induction process could take days and the level of care she would need by someone other than ourselves. However, we were able to go into hospital last Friday totally focused on getting our new arrival here safely as we knew our dog was in the safe hands of Jonathan and Verity. Not only did they home our pet throughout the entire hospital stay but they cared for our dog like she was their own. Administering multiple medications daily and sending us regular updates on her progress. To which we are so happy to say that our dog has now been reviewed by the vet and they are amazed at the progress she has made in healing and is now fully on the mend. This wouldn't have been possible without the continued care that was provided when we were not able to care for our own fur baby. Forever grateful for such a great service.

We are really happy with the cat feeding service our kitty Maisie has received from Jon who is really friendly and knows how to deal with animals. The bookings are easy to manage and it is sweet to receive updates on our kitty when we are away. I highly recommend their service.

I cannot recommend Animals at Home North Warwickshire enough. Verity was so supportive and kind when I contacted them when my cat had passed away after being hit by a car. The service provided was first class and Ruby’s last journey was handled so sensitively and dignified and Verity gives great hugs. The process was explained so clearly and I knew straight away that this was what Ruby deserved. I could say so much more but these guys really do care and go above and beyond with our fur babies.
