Phoned Friday, boiler leaking and kept loosing pressure, came within an hour, very pleasant and helpful. New boiler Saturday. Could not have been more helpful Very happy with all work done. Boiler installed, very good workers, never stopped till work was done, cleaned up after. Fast and very efficient. Highly recommend.

Shamsul was absolutely fantastic! I had 2 properties that required boiler servicing and gas safety certificates urgently. They fitted a new Gas Regulatoe and thermostat in my caravan, and it was fast and easy. Amazing service! Talked me through everything and I felt I could trust them straight away. Would highly recommend and will use them going forward.

I contacted North East Gas for a quote to install a new cooker hob. I was really impressed at how quickly the engineer scheduled the job. He even stayed in contact on the installation date to advise that he was close to the address. He was friendly, polite, professional and efficient. He completed a gas safety check as part of the job and price was great too. I would definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service from start to finish. 10 minutes to assess what boiler/ pipe work needed. Booked in to be fitted within 3 days and only took 6 hours to complete job. No hassle. Very quick and friendly service. Cleaned up after themselves. Everything explained. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
