DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It might be the most expensive mistake you ever make.You HAVE to use this company as executors (in the small print) which has a charge of 4% of the whole estate plus a £270 per hour charge to deal with anything with the probate process.My family have lost upwards of twenty thousand pounds to this man all to save a hundred quid. My dad signed the contract when he was mentally unwell and killed himself shortly afterwards.

Absolute scam. AVOID at all costs. BIG hidden charges. This is legalised robbery. If you want a will go to see a solicitor face to face and make sure you’re aware of the costs involved. Luckily I cancelled my will and got hit with a £384 bill for storage and retrieval of wills. Not nice but a lot cheaper than my loved ones being conned out of 4 percent of my estate which would be considerably more.

This site is simply used as a hook, promising a low cost Will and then charging you at the backend. It’s basically legalised criminality preying on the vulnerable. Do not tick the box to say that you have agreed the terms & conditions unless you are prepared to part with money for nothing.

DON'T USE in any circumstances. There is a low initial cost then they take continuously after this culminating in a whopping 4% of the total value of estate. This whole industry is crying out for proper regulation to route out these charlatans. Please just go to a local solicitor who will do a proper job and put your needs first. Ask for a quote before you engage someone

Terrible experience. To think that people would profiteer from your death is quite simply horrifying.I managed to get out but only after considerable cost and after upsetting conversations (conversation would suggest that there is a two way conversation though so maybe I need to find a different word!!)I would 110% advise against using this company.As an aside it is always interesting to see how reviews can be equally 5star and an appalling 1star and nothing in between? How could people have such polar experiences?? Hmmmmmm!

READ THE SMALL PRINT - I didn't and it cost me. NMW will take 4% of your Estate, they will also charge you £100 a year for storage of the Will. If you cancel, you will be charged £100 per year + £100 Will retrieval from Archive + £15 Special Delivery + VAT at 20%. I cancelled and was charged £174.00 and within a week I was sent a letter stating that if monies were not received within 7 days a County Court Claim would be issued against me.In this clause 11, the following definition shall apply:“Estate” means: the total gross value of all your assets on death including but not limited to any joint or sole assets, pensions (of all types whether or not written in trust), life assurance policies (whether or not written in trust), life insurance policies (whether or not written in trust), domestic and global investments and bank accounts before the deduction of any mortgages, charges or other similar deductible expenses..11.2 The Officer and Staff of MedEx Direct Ltd will be specified as Executors of your Estate if you use our Will Writing Services in the Will you create. MedEx Direct Ltd will charge 4% of your Estate (as defined above) for carrying out their duties as Executors (“Estate Fee”). Any disbursements including but not limited to legal, accounting, estate agent or administration costs will be charged in addition to the Estate Fee.

Do not use!!!!Unfortunately due to the circumstances of the Will I made with these people, I didn't think to read the t&c.My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer and therefore needed a will imminently. As I'm still quite young and wasn't clued up on wills we thought this company would be the less stressful and quickest way. I am an only child sorting it all on my own I thought it would be a simple process, instead of going into a solicitors to get one.What a mistake.This has been a nightmare since day one and only gotten worse. They do in fact take 4% of your estate for literally printing out a will. They also refer you to a solicitor which you don't get to pick. I live in the north west, they gave me a solicitor in London. Who have also taken a large chunk of my inheritance, for also doing not much to be honest. Oh, except by addressing me by my late mother's name in an email (which I probably got charged for) and in return got a measly excuse for an apology once I had given them a week to realise what they had done (I had to angrily email them first to make them aware).This has been a traumatic and scary experience for me from day 1.DO NOT USE.Please go to a respected solicitor in your area and get the advice, empathy and respect you deserve in the horrible journey you take once having to retrieve a will.

Read the terms and conditions carefully, This costs much more then the amount they advertise.They will charge your family when you die for each year the will has been held at £15 a year, plus £100 for accessing the will and they take 4% of your estate not including costs as well.They are executors of your will, meaning your family had no choice when your house and estate gets sold off.If your will isn't complicated, write it yourself. If it is complicated, talk to an actual accredited will writer.

BEWARE!!!If something seems too good to be true, IT IS.You HAVE to use this company as executors (in the small print) which has a charge of 4% of the whole estate plus a £270 per hour charge to deal with anything.All the positive reviews are because users have received a £20 M&S voucher and the Will itself quickly in the post. Not many of them would have actually have gone through the process of using them.I would advise using an alternative company or a local solicitor to override any Will you have with this company.
