Quite expensive but nice swimming pool and gym. Make sure you call ahead if you need wheelchair access for the pool

Astro is always closed in the slightest of cold temperatures and its getting worse and happening more frequently these days. It was closed last night and this morning for football training with no visual inspection carried out in the morning which is just plain lazy. We are currently in one of the warmest winters in years so if it's closed today (-1c over night to +6c daytime temperatures) it doesn't bare well for the rest of the winter for kids football in Deeside. More powers should be given to the clubs who actually use the Astro so pitch conditions can be inspected properly on a pitch by pitch basis.

Fantastic astroturf with ridiculously poor opening hours. No wonder our kids have nothing to do and nowhere to go. Open the gates and let the kids play!!!!
