B.SPOKE Indoor Cycling

B.Spoke is a great addition to the Nottingham fitness scene. The team have done an amazing job to create a great space, with awesome teachers, a challenging but fun workout, top quality bikes, complemented by all the facilities and products you might need pre and post workout - divine smelling body products, cold aromatherapy wet face towel as you finish your class, face and hair products and even Dyson hairdryers!!! The whole experience felt like I was in a spin studio in London or California!

Fantastic facilities, friendly staff amazing smoothies. I would recommend B.spoke to anyone who wants to get in shape and need some motivation.

Best Indoor cycling experience I have ever had. Facilities are first class, everything is catered for and staff are Extremely helpful and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience here. The staff set me up on the bikes and showed me how to make sure the bike felt right for me. I had a energetic class with Julia, she made sure energy was high and I always felt supported.After the class, we were given cooling wet flannels and the facilities available in the changing rooms were amazing too. Towels, shower gels, moisturisers, hair bobbles, deodorant! It actually had everything, I was really impressed.Can’t wait for another class!

Best place to workout in Nottingham! Everyone is so welcoming and kind, and the facilities are amazing. Couldn't recommend enough.

Everyone is super friendly, the instructors make the classes fun and I like the mentality that we're a community and we ride as a team. Completely hooked.
