Michelle - (Ben, year 9) Ben and his English teacher were not happy with Ben's levels a few months into the school year, so we looked at extra tution for Ben. As we had used Kip McGrath when Ben was in year 7 with very good results ( 1 full level and 2 sub levels) we decided to contact Catherine to get Ben booked back in to Kip McGrath. Catherine and all the staff are very helpful and patient with Ben. I would highly recommend Kip McGrath to anyone thinking of extra tuition.

Kip McGrath (Barnsley North) have been fantastic in helping my daughter with her maths and we've seen great progress from her thanks to them.

I can highly recommend Kip McGrath Barnsley North. Both my two children attend weekly sessions here as a result have grown in confidence and academic ability. The quality of the teaching is outstanding. I took my children to other places to be assessed before I made my choice and Kip McGrath at Barugh Green were by far the most thorough and accurate. My children also enjoy attending and look forward to their sessions every week.

My son has had English lessons one a week online with the Barnsley North Kip Mcgrath team. He has really enjoyed the lessons and it has helped him to develop his English skills to ensure he could achieve good sats grades (it is unfortunate he won't have any official grade this year obviously but the feed back from his teacher has been very positive). My Y11 daughter needed grade 6 English to access the A Levels she wanted, but she had lost her way with English during the pandemic, and had been really struggling.She started at Kip McGrath and had 6 months of tutoring with Sue. Not only did she get the results she needed, but she also rediscovered her confidence, rediscovered her love of English, and has now even enrolled to study A Level English. My year 11 child has been attending Kip McGrath north for around 18 months, he has had Sue for English tutoring and has improved his grades dramatically, I would definitely recommend to any child struggling with their studies. I really like my math lessons at the centre. I have a better, deeper understanding of the subject now and feel more confident at school. Tutors are very nice, professional and explain things in plane terms. I would recommend others to come.
