Before his visit I was a bit reluctant as I knew our needs wouldn't be worth much to him. I must confess I was very pleasantly surprised as from the outset I didn't get the impression that he was going to try to sell me something that I really didn't want or need, unlike one of his competitors who had visited previously!He appeared to be very knowledgeable in all products and whilst he was happy to talk about potential requirements he was also very happy when I made the decision that they weren't quite right for my business.He was courteous and well presented (always a bonus) and his attentiveness in ensuring the order went through smoothly after the deal was done was very reassuring to me.I would have no doubts in recommending him (and initial) to any potential clients.
