As a family we have used Handcross butchers and can honestly say we have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.Recently during lockdown we have used the delivery service and I would 100% recommend. They are quick to deliver.The meat is of high quality and very tasty. Recently we tried the pies and goodness me they did not let us down. I would highly recommend

I have just had the most surly of receptions at the Handcross butcher. Everyone was very unhelpful and reluctant to help. Everything seems to be done only for their convenience. I have been going here over 25 years but will NEVER go again. Surely they like client business? Didn’t seem so...do buck your ideas up or disappear! Clients come first, not the staff (basic rule)

Wow wow wow… we were first treated to this butchers fare last Christmas at my son and daughter in laws , so we decided to order a hamper for our turn ! We were not let down in fact we drove from Croydon to hand cross and will do so again. The meats were of a very high quality and the extras were just as good .. deffo returning again !!

Amazing service! Tried this butcher for the first time this weekend after a recommendation and was delighted with my experience! Great deals on meat and all the meat I got was delicious! Staff were incredibly helpful when deciding on quantities and offers! Will be returning in a few days for a restock!

Through no fault of anyones, our turkey decided it was inedible on Christmas Day, I contacted Handcross Butchers and they even responded on Christmas Day!! Not only did they immediately respond, they rectified the issues by sending us a mixed meat hamper to apologise. Their service, customer service and kindness was second to none! We have used this butchers for several Christmas’ on the trot and never been disappointed by their delivery or quality of meat. 100% recommend!

Been a long term customer and always been delighted. However I do not want to pay by PayPal and just can't get past to pay by debit. Have given up. Shame as will miss excellent meat.

They had a great offer of 3 small chickens for £10. There was no queue and service was prompt and polite. Considering getting a Christmas Hamper next Christmas for £85 , where you get a 16lb Turkey, a pork joint, a go gammon joint, a beef joint, stuffing, pigs in blankets, sausagemeat and mince pies.

Bought some excellent lamb chops, pork chops, pork straps and sausages here last week.Chops were marvellous....really tasty....cooked in air fryer.Really great meat selection.

Such a rare shopping experience, a butchers who gives old fashioned world class personal service. I will quite happily drive 20 miles just for that service and product quality and happily leave the supermarket meat behind. Love it
