Slow service. Never seem particularly bothered about customers. They aren't really interested in retail sales. Like most merchants (except Travis Perkins) their marked prices are high. If you haggle you can get most things reduced but not everyone in the shop can do it so the wait gets even longer. Quicker and easier to go to Travis Perkins, Wickes and Screwfix.
