Very speedy, prompt service and excellent results

Mark Taylor first came to our house to give us a quote for the dining room. This is a smallish room that would not have taken long for him to clean. Talking to him, we liked him so much, we decided to get a quote for all the carpets in the house as well as the stone kitchen floor.Mark's rates were highly competitive, and we thought extremely good value.When Mark returned, punctually, to do the work he did an absolutely splendid job. Although some of the work is unavoidably noisy, you really did not know he was here. When we did realise he was here, he was a pleasure to have in the house even if he does enjoy cold tea! At one point I thought we had Tommy Cooper with us, as the kitchen floor changed colour, just like that! Well, actually it was after Mark's extremely hard work.Mark worked tirelessly to ensure he completed an absolutely first class job. We were entirely satisfied. Extremely pleased. Although I now realised, being male, that I could no longer walk into our house with my shoes on without getting a severe telling off from she who must be obeyed! Wilma our dog was a bit worried about her muddy paws as well. She is not too keen on wearing slippers!We would recommend Mark to anyone wanting their floors and carpets cleaned brilliantly at a very competitive price. Give him a call! Recently I engaged the services of Mark Tayler at Zero Dry Time to help me with my annual spring clean.Mark was incredibly professional, (even though my dogs jumped all over him!) and he transformed my carpets, they are now really clean, they actually feel brand new again. My husband couldn’t believe the difference it made and now it feels like a home I can be proud of again.

Just had my stairs, landing and bedrooms cleaned by Mark. Having 2 cats there was quite a lot of marking to a cream carpet but the transformation is amazing. Mark was very thorough and provided an efficient, friendly and professional service. The carpets look and smell great and no issues with waiting for carpets to dry too. Highly recommended.

This is the third time I have used this service and I cannot speak too highly of Mark and his services ... he arrives on time, works neatly and tidily, is exceptionally pleasant, is happy to move furniture and does an excellent job. Hard floors and carpets sparkle after his ministratons!I would highly recommend him and his service and, best of all, the carpets can be walked on immediately after cleaning and there is no damp smell.

Was going to buy a new carpet as we are re-vamping our home, Husband not feeling too great so decided to have it cleaned to tide us over, When I say a friend popped in after it was done not knowing remarked Oh! thought you weren't getting a new carpet!! Think that says it all. Came up as new, I was shocked as I have a vax myself but you can't compere the two. Would definitely recommend and use again instead of replacing.Thank you Mark.
