Our first experience with Taekwondo has been great. The instructors have been welcoming, encouraging and helpful. Our Son is enjoying his lessons and looks forward to coming to the gym.

Will has thrived since joining Taekwon-Do.His confidence, energy and enthusiasm has been evident and he looks forward to each session.His instruction is of the highest level, but given in an enjoyable way and as a parent watching, I can only praise Ben and his team for the facilities and tuition they provide.

My son started his journey with Apex only couple of months ago and already very committed to it. He finally found the club He actually enjoys! All coaches are simply amazing with great compassion to teach and play. They teach great skills by both discipline and fun. There is never a dull time! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Started taking ladies kickboxing classes back in May and have absolutely loved it so far. For anyone wanting a great workout, I highly recommend Apex. I have also started taking private sessions with Adam every week and those have been a great way to work on technique. After trying many personal trainers in my time, he is definitely the best! He pushes you to your absolute limit meaning you really get the most out of your time with him. There really is no better workout. Apex as a whole is absolutely top notch!

What a fantastic club. All of the instructors are really great with the kids making the sessions fun and enjoyable. Both of my children really love the classes and have grown in confidence over the last year. 100% recommend!

Invited for a free trial... geared myself up to go.. stood at the front desk for 15 minutes and literally got ignored... didn’t get greeted by ANYONE as per the trial suggests. I clearly stood out as a newbie.. I asked two of the guys there for a class a da if they were they were new, and they laughed, acted arrogant as anything and then walked off to the class not giving any help at all. Not even the instructor came to greet me even though I replied to text an hour before saying I’d be there. Highly Disappointed...
