My wife and I booked a table in advance and went for a meal last night. From the moment we arrived the staff were smiling and friendly - it makes such a difference to your overall experience - thank you. The table was reserved as requested (as I have walking difficulties). The food was served in a reasonable time and was nice and good value for money. However, the staff who served us and brought food to the table and cleared the tables - without exception - were friendly and smiling. Must have been a happy crew with a good manager. I know it's tough at times - but keep it up and thank you.

Hi firstly it was apparent that there was not enough staff either on the bar or serving food. We are guessing the same was the case in the kitchen. There was a queue at the bar to get our drinks, we waited some time. Then we were advised that there would be an hour wait for food (we had pre-booked online). Secondly the table we requested was only set for 3 and there was four of us and no reserve sign was on the table. So we had to find an alternative table. There was certainly a delay for the food. The food, no complaints - good as usual. We noticed that tables aren't cleared quickly when diners leave but are left full of pots. Which doesn't look good and affects your covers and new guests arriving. Surely in December you would expect to be busy due to the time of season and would plan accordingly. We brought our two friends for her birthday meal so did not want to cause a fuss. We are out of the UK from 8th Dec till 20th January and would normally come for my wife's birthday on the 11th January. We will need to see an improvement in service before coming back either on our own or with our friends again. The christmas decorations however, were lovely.

We had a lovely evening at The Blossom! Fabulous food and plenty of seating. Great disabled access and toilet. We will definitely be coming again

Booked Sunday Lunch at Blossoms Lytham after we'd seen the internet link below:https://www.sizzlingpubs.co.uk/findapub/northwest/theblossomslythamsaintannes/sunday-menu#/From the link at the top of the page we hit the 'BOOK NOW' and from there we followed the instructions to book our meal at the last available lunch slot; 16:45.When we arrived, I mentioned is Sunday Lunch still available" and the member of staff looked at me as if I had two heads and was not helpful in the least or apologetic as she obviously didn't believe me.Please

Visited the Blossoms tonight, great value for money, friendly quick service and tasty food at very reasonable prices. The place was fully booked but there was some seating available in the bar area and despite this we were served very fast and got big portions especially considering the price of the meals.

Very busy so glad we'd booked our table. Extremely long wait for food, and didn't arrive together (a good 5 mins before rest of food showed up). Food good, and desserts very nice.

We had booked a table and as soon as I saw a free member of staff she showed us to our table - she was very friendly and polite. There was quite a wait to place our order but it was very busy so understandable and the bar staff were very apologetic about us having to wait a while. Once the order was placed I must say the service was very good - starters were delivered promptly by a friendly server, he returned to take away our used plates and then delivered our main courses. The staff at the Blossoms made us feel welcomed, they were very friendly and tried to ensure we had the best experience. I must say the food was excellent and much enjoyed, the service was very good and we will definitely be returning.

Booked a meal for 830pm after travelling from Leeds with son and two grandkids. After deciding what we wanted, went to the bar and were told the chef finished at 845pm. Given the website gave the option of booking a table for 845pm, this makes no sense. The barman seemed almost gleeful when telling us this. To the manager's credit, he still let us park overnight in our camper van, which was the least he could do really.
