A Click & Collect Experience: after tasting Barossa Ink Shiraz at a friend's and hearing great things about Asda online I signed up and ordered some for myself, 8 bottles. Unfortunately I received not a single bottle as ordered but two different, albeit 6 being Shiraz, cheaper alternatives. My refund request was rejected within a minute, despite receiving, within that minute, an email apologising that refund requests are taking longer than usual, up to 48 hours! Disgusted and sad to say this is not going to be the beginning of a long relationship.Order Number: 6552345001527

Small store. Doesn't have a large range of products and sometimes very little veg or fruit. OK as bits and pieces store

Great local place to shop.Has a lot of useful items and can be used for a weekly shop.Very very friendly and helpful staff.Great place to collect deliveries from other companies too but also anything you want from George like urgent school uniform! It's always delivered quickly and usually quicker than originally stated online.

It's an Asda! Small car park, but normally a space can be found

Brought my mum shopping to your store this morning and have to say the staff were so very lovely and helpful. I can't give more than 3 stars because of the self service checkouts. Very impersonal. I was disappointed.

Most benefit is it being local to our home. Its a very small store but offers basics. Parking very awkward access and small manoeuvrable parking space. Risking scraped or dented bodywork. Tired interior but well used store with regular popular lines. Not wide range of stock lines though.

Rubbish. I placed an online order through Deliveroo. It took an hour to arrive; fine. Only half the order was delivered, lots of items that I paid for missing completely. The only option through Deliveroo is a refund for these items. This is useless to me, as these items were the very basis of my shop and the things I was planning to cook. What's more, other items in the order that did arrive are now useless without the items that didn't, so I have paid for them even though they are useless now. It's impossible to get through to the store on the phone to get the items delivered. Calling Asda, they were no help whatsoever. The first guy didn't listen and put me on hold again to get through to a second guy, who told me he was the wrong department and put me on hold *again*, which eventually just lead to an automated message that the phone lines were now closed. Utterly, utterly pointless and frustrating. The resolution I needed was to either have the missing items delivered, as ordered, or the order collected, returned and refunded in full. Is the government running Asda now? Because this is Tory level incompetency!

Very handy branch of asda only downside its self service and personally I don't care for that situated on busy main road plenty of parking next to ice land becareful tho must park in designated car park shared with Iceland
