The staff at Magna Mazda Christchurch were good because the whole car model selection through to purchase and all the other paperwork involved process went extremely smoothly. The collection was a very pleasant process with the new car presented in immaculate condition with a large bouquet of flowers for my wife.

Excellent service from the sales team ( Mark ). All inquiries were dealt with timely, concisely and with politeness and courtesy. There was no pushy salesperson approach.Although 200 miles away, if I was in the area or nearby, I would definitely call in to meet the team.My wife is delighted with her new 2019 Mazda MX5 RF.Excellent service.

My initial and continued contact was with Clive King. I was really impressed with his friendly and approachable manner and willingness to help. There were a couple issues that need sorting but again Clive was on hand to make sure these were sorted making sure a courtesy car was available and issues rectified. I will be returning to Magda Mazda and will be dealing with Clive again.

Really really love the people who work at the garage! So kind and thoughtful. Helped my patent and I to find the perfect new car for us! Well organized place. Very safe hygiene practice at the moment. Felt always comfortable and looked after!

Couldn't fault the service and advice I received, I had been looking for a 5-7 year old Mazda 3 for a while but was struggling to find the right one that was up to standard. Mark Lane was incredibly helpful and kept a look out for any part exchanges coming in and when the right one came into a different branch he arranged for it to come to Christchurch the next day for me to view. The car was a way better standard than the others I had looked at elsewhere and a good price. I'm very happy with the car and the service I received. I would highly recommend!

Magna Mazda in Christchurch, Dorset always give excellent service. My MX5 is collected and returned to my house for its annual service and MOT. The staff are very polite and efficient.
