I couldn't believe how brilliant the customer service was with Plastics direct. Tehreem is the friendliest guy and went out of his way to help me source the product I needed to the budget I had understanding all the unusual requirements it had. It wasn't a straight forward enquiry and he was so patient and great at understanding and checking it all over, even though it wasn't a high end product. The package was really well packed too.

Brilliant place. Owner cheerful and happy to advise and show you what you are buying before handing your money over. Good range of stock. I think the prices are better than right. Can't reccomend them enough.

I found their whole operation from product selection, to ordering, to payment(competitive) and delivery to be nothing less than perfect.Simple process made simple, if only all companies were this efficient. 10/10.
