Great service went out the way to assist on what I needed.

Went into Stockton branch today, went for the coffee machine, (as I usually do)Because there is usually a wait to get served...(It's fine I'm a patient man, and understand that you're busy).Had a pleasant surprise as my coffee hadn't even finished pouring, when a fella called Richard appeared from nowhere....He was quick, efficient, and very helpful..I understand how the branches work and cater for the local demand as I've been to many all over.But with his help and knowledge we managed to get everything we needed to keep me going.Just wanna thank him for his help and efficiency.Very happy and interactive member of the team.It was spot on.Many thanks..Simon..
